I recently found that many files were removed from my Basic (free) account after I received a notification saying my account was over the storage limit and that files would be deleted if I did not take action by January 30, 2026. These were important personal files.
The files are no longer visible in my account, and they do not appear in the "Deleted Files" section either. I only realized the deletion had happened after the fact.
Is there any way to recover these files, for example through an internal backup or any other recovery process, even though more than 30 days have passed since the deletion? I would really appreciate any help or guidance. Thank you.
