Lately it feels like you can’t turn your head to look in a new direction without seeing something about AI, and if you're like the rest of my customers, you're probably being tasked with adopting AI and using it to accelerate your workflows. You might even be overwhelmed with all the options out there, or even just the most recent updates you're seeing in the products you use.
Personally, I’ve been trying to just keep up on trends, where AI is going, what’s the governance around it, who’s building things that are actually useful… the stuff that matters to me. (Would love to hear what matters to all of you as well!)
Being where we are in tech, Dropbox has definitely strived to stay ahead of the curve in learning about AI, adopting it, and flowing it into product where it makes sense for our customers. It’s a conversation we’ve been having for a long time, and started sharing with our customers 2 years ago in our podcast Working Smarter. Seasons 1-2 focused on conversations with founders, researchers, and engineers to take a practical, grounded look at how AI has been changing the way people work and get stuff done. 💪
In Season 3, we’re turning the mic 🎤 on ourselves, talking to the Dropboxers that are building AI directly into the product experience. We’re digging into it all, context engineering, agents, chat, multimodal search, inference, security, and my personal favorite: how the people building AI are using AI themselves.
