Paying for PLUS Plan which is 2,000GB, keep getting emails that I'm over my 2GB BASIC plan and they're going to delete my stuff. How do I get ahold of a PERSON at Dropbox?
You almost certainly have 2 accounts then. One you have upgraded and one you are using.
For the upgraded one have you used the lookup tool?
Hey @YorkieLover24! If you’ve used your card to buy a Dropbox subscription directly via our website, you can use your transaction ID to see more info about the plan here (like Mark suggested). In case the email address you see isn’t the same as the one on this page, you have two separate Dropbox accounts indeed, and you’ll need to sign out of your free Basic account and log back in to the paid one instead.
You can also transfer your files from one Dropbox account to the other this way.
No. How? I only use dropbox for photo storage. I think.

I also never got any email or notice etc that anyone replied to my post. That's very unhelpful. Good thing I figured out how to get back in here.
