My Dropbox is full (1.99 GB / 2 GB), but I have no files.

Question

There is a shared file/folder that shows a 404 error and I cannot remove or leave it.

I cannot add it (storage full), cannot delete it, and no options are available.

It seems like a ghost shared folder is using all my space.

Can someone from Dropbox support fix this?

Hey @patrickk - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Can you please try to remove your access from this shared folder through your sharing tab and let me know how it goes?

If you still get an error, I'd appreciate a screenshot!
