Hello, just following up — my account is still blocked due to a ghost shared folder (404 error).

Any help would be appreciated.

My Dropbox is full (1.99 GB / 2 GB), but I have no files.

There is a shared file/folder that shows a 404 error and I cannot remove or leave it.

I cannot add it (storage full), cannot delete it, and no options are available.

It seems like a ghost shared folder is using all my space.

Can someone from Dropbox support fix this?
