OAuth using laravel 11

I need to know does it possible to generate access token using api and use that token entire API call?

Laravel 11 for apis
Dropbox need to storage and i need to link all data using  laravel itself!

Note : There is no any front end so i could not authenticate the via redirect!

It sounds like you may be wanting to use long-lived or permanent access tokens. 

Dropbox does not offer the option for creating long-lived access tokens, Dropbox issues short-lived access tokens (and optional refresh tokens) instead.

Apps can get long-term access by requesting "offline" access though, in which case the app receives a "refresh token" that can be used to retrieve new short-lived access tokens as needed, without further manual user intervention. Refresh tokens do not expire automatically and can be used repeatedly. You can find more information in the OAuth Guide and authorization documentation. There's a basic outline of processing this flow in this blog post which may serve as a useful example.
