You need to contact Dropbox support direct. This is a public forum so nobody here can help.

When did you contact our Support, in order to get the refund, and do you have a ticket number reference to share with me?
I haven't been in contact with anyone. There isn't a number to contact. Apparently this forum is the only place I can ask for things now that I cancelled my Dropbox plus account. I just want to know if the refund is being processed. Can someone email me personally to resolve this please?
I checked my billing information on my profile and it says the status on my refund is completed. Does that mean I will be refunded within the 3-5 business days? I'm just trying to figure out if the refund is being processed please.

If you're seeing that your refund has been completed, then there's not much we can do on our end (this means that your refund has been approved on Dropbox's side).
In general, the 3-5 day window mentioned above depends on your bank, so I'd recommend contacting them again to see if they can make your refund available any sooner. In any case, you should see the amount of money you've been refunded in your bank account within the week.
I cancelled my pro subscription the day before it renewed, but the payment had already been processed. I contacted support and they kindly said I would bet my money back within 3-5 business days, but it has been a week and I have not received my money back, and because I no longer have dropbox pro I can't contact support to ask them. What can I do?

I have been waiting for 18 days for a refund DropBox initiated on 9/11/23. To this day it STILL shows as "pending" on the Dropbox website. My bank has no record of even an attempt to complete this transaction and no records of any errors. Seriously, what is going on?!
