I am working as a virtual assistant for someone and is a part of her team on Dropbox. I created a file request link and was wondering how I can get the file requestor name to change from mine to hers? Thanks!

I'm afraid this won't be possible at this time. You'll need to ask her to open the file request from her end after logging into her own account, even if you're part of the same team account.
I wish I had a better answer.
This functionality would be very helpful for businesses.
