Monthly $12 Billing for a Plan I Don’t Have
So for the past few months, I’ve been getting charged $12 by Dropbox and I don’t know why. I checked my account and I don’t have a membership plan associated with my account. It’s clearly directly linked to my bank account, but I don’t know how to cancel it. I can’t look up the transaction either, since the transaction ID is 11 digits not 12. I tried sending a ticket twice, but I never got a confirmation email that my ticket has been filed. I’m at my wits end here, can anyone please help me?
