Is there a cheaper plan than Plus that offers more quota?
Hi, I'm from Malaysia (Asia Region) is there any personal plan which has storage like 100/200/500GB as offered in the Dropbox|Lenovo partnership? I'm interested to get more storage but not like 2TB plan which is too much for my usage.

I’ve briefly used Dash last year on my non-team Dropbox account.. now there’s only remnants of it?
I can’t remember if it was a beta release or not, but I definitely had access to Dash some time last year. I briefly played around with it (on the web, chrome extension, app) then forgot about it. I’ve been trying to figure out some collaboration workarounds on other platforms using features that are available in Dropbox,…

Why doesn't Dropbox offer cheaper plans with less storage?
The only reason I haven't got a paid Dropbox subscription is that they don't have smaller cheaper options. The only reason I do have an iCloud subscription is because they do. Why can't Dropbox do this?

I'm unable to cancel my Dropbox trial
Obviously as many others wrote here, it is not possible to quit the trial subscription. For everyone reading this: do not deal with Dropbox in any matter, obvious scam. For the support team: quit my subscription right now.

I really want to use Dropbox. On 1/23/25, I paid $128.21 with a card ending in 7029. On 1/20/25, I paid another $228.21 on a credit card ending in 6581. I also had an account before that which you told me had expired. Actually, I never got it to work. I have tried many times to get it set up, but after 2 or 3 hours trying…

I was unable to cancel my subscription and now the payment has been taken
If you're considering a Dropbox subscription, especially the annual plan: don't. Once they have your card, you will NEVER get out. I'm posting this so nobody else makes the mistake I did. I tried to cancel. I went through their deliberately confusing "retention" flow — the one engineered to hide the real cancel button…

Why can't I pay with Google Pay for my Dropbox plan's renewal?
Please add Google Pay (and perhaps Paze / Apple Pay / Samsung Pay) as payment options for paid Dropbox subscriptions since PayPal sucks and many of us dont want to enter sensitive card details into third party websites like Dropbox.

Cheaper plans
Plans for personal users who recoil at the idea of spending significant amounts for enormous amounts of space they don't need. Instead of the minimum plan being 2TB, make one that's 20GB, then 50GB, 100GB, and so-on, at reasonable price points.
