I saw a Black Friday banner across the top of my Dropbox account, for a 25% discount to upgrade to Plus. I accidentally closed the banner but now I can't see how to get the discount. Any help, anyone?
I've had the exact same issue! It appears and then disappears every time I go to plans and pricing. It's like a scam!
I've had a promotional banner for 25% off a year subscription pop up at the top of my screen when I log in to Dropbox, but then when I click on plans & pricing it magically disappears. I'd love to take advantage of it but it seems like it's fake? Any ideas on where I can go to use the deal?

UPDATE: Well, I had to go ahead and pay because my box was full and I couldn't wait for a resolving response from @Hannah . Pretty bummed that Dropbox threw out a promo but then didn't actually offer/honor it. But looks who laughing... I still gave them my money so... 😕

I had seen the offer as well. It said it is valid till Dec 6th. I was trying to buy it now, but I can't find the link any longer.
I also got a text on top of my account page in the web browser a 25% promotion on dropbox plus and when i clicked it to compare different plans it was suddenly gone i can't find it again. You want to help me as well Hannah?
Wow what a scam - I got banner 3 months free and it disappeared after I clicked on it and went to check out. Went to chat and this rude person just said sorry about this- it happens. That's not how you treat customers.
Luckily there are other options. How can I trust drobbox with my data if they can't even honor their deals and have good customer support. Shame on you.
customer "service" or however you call this unfriendly person said there are NO Black Friday Deals and sorry about the 3 free months disappearing. Nothing they want to do to make it right.
