I'm unable to log in due to an invalid 2FA code

Question

I got locked out of my account and attempted to login but keep getting invalid code for 2FA. My last login was in June so not sure what's wrong now. Contacted support but they replied very slow, only advised me to ensure device date/time is set to automatic which I already did. Using iOS device with Microsoft Authenticator. Please assist! Thanks.
