Does anyone know:
I have a Dropbox Plus subscription billed through Apple (App Store); on dropbox.com/account/billing it shows Billing provider: Apple, ‘Expires on 23 July,’ and ‘Renew: £56.99/year.’
I canceled renewal in Apple and want to keep my paid plan but switch to paying directly on Dropbox.com using the same Dropbox account.
What are the Dropbox-supported steps to move from Apple billing to direct billing, do I need to wait until the Apple subscription fully expires on July 23, before purchasing on Dropbox.com, and is this gap going to restrict syncing/uploads/delete my files???? I'm currently using 94.1 GB of 502 GB, but if it tries to downgrade me to Dropbox basic thats only 2GB.
I've tried so hard to speak to an advisor but even though I have Dropbox Plus, the chatbot just will not let me speak to an advisor. I'm getting so frustrated!
