Restoring files

Hello dropbox admin please help.  Today is 30 days since I got the email that some space had been cleared in my account, but when i try to go to upgrade and restore the files, there is nothing there.   Please could you clarify if indeed my files were permanently deleted and if so how can i restore them please.  They were old photos that are irreplaceable.

Thanks Mark, yes thats where I've been looking. I'm confused about upgrading now though if I dont see recoverable files.  Since they were auto-deleted I am praying that they are still recoverable and I can upgrade once I know thats the case.  Thoughts?  wouldn't they still show under "last 12 months"??

If the deleted tab does not have anything to recover then I'm afraid it means they are no longer recoverable.

Have you had a look at this link? Just to check you are looking in the right place?

The other consideration (although you would see the files on the Deleted page if they were recoverable) is that you can only recover if you have enough free quota.
