Dear Dropbox Support Team,
I recently discovered that a large number of files have been removed from my Dropbox account following a notification stating that my account exceeded its storage limit and that files would be deleted if no action was taken by April 5, 2026.
Unfortunately, these files contained important personal data. When I log into my account now, the files are no longer visible, and they do not appear in the “Deleted Files” section either.
I would like to kindly ask whether there is any possibility to recover these files from internal backups or through any other recovery process available to Dropbox. I only became aware of the deletion after the files had already been removed and would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide.
Please let me know if you require any additional information regarding my account or the deleted data.
