I was home minding my own business when I received 2 emails from Dropbox; the first to confirm a cancellation of a trial period for Dropbox Professional and the second soon after telling me my account had been upgraded to Dropbox Professional. None of which I initiated. Two days later I see I have been charged 199usd for a plan I didn't subscribe for.
I tried to contact the so called Support, it takes me to a page that asks me to "begin a conversation below", which is very odd because the page is blank and I can't begin any ticket. Basically there is no email address or any means to contact Support. Everything brings me right back to that page that seems devoid of life. I found a phone number for Dropbox but it's an automation that ensures whatever option you select on the call you still get directed back to www.dropbox.com/support no matter what. If anyone can help me I would be so relieved. I need that money back! I have attached
