I shared a folder, but the member can't upload content since they don't have enough space.

Question

I shared a folder with someone trying to upload to me two 20 GB video files.  I have 1.9 TB of storage space available.  They keep getting a message that there isn't enough storage space available to upload the files.  Any ideas why we can't make this work?

One of two things. Do they have enough space in their account? Shared folders use up the quota of both people - so they will also need 40gb of free space. Secondly, less likely, but, do they have enough hard drive space?

Why dont you use a Request instead?
