All my files were deleted after an upgrade. Why?

All my files deleted were by Dropbox, in February, 2026, Why? My accountant paid a $127.07 fee February 13 and apparently my files were erased as a result. The account was exclusively for my use and free up to that point. I assume this was an upgrade and for that reason all history was erased! WTF! Please restore.

Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?

If you open an incognito or private window, where you aren't logged into any Dropbox account, you can submit a ticket via this support page.
