I’m looking for some guidance regarding files that were deleted from my Dropbox account and are now beyond the standard 30-day recovery period for Basic plans.
These files are extremely important to me, and their deletion was unintentional. I’m aware of the retention policy, but I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced a similar situation or knows if there is any possibility of recovery through internal backups or any alternative method.
I would also like to know if upgrading to a Professional plan could help in any way at this stage, or if that would only apply to future deletions.
