For a while now, I have had several people tell me that they cannot access a folder that I have shared with them - invited them to view and download the contents when I invite them by using their email.
Years ago, I was able to simply copy the link, paste into an email, and they were able to access the folder and its contents no problem.
Since I had problems with a link, I have been inviting by using their email and yet, I'm still having people continually saying that can't access the folder.
BACKGROUND:
- Basic Plan (Free)
- I have plenty of space in my account
- The folder I'm trying to share has three subfolders that include picture and logo files (JPEGs and PNGs).
- Macbook Pro and doing all of this online (not via an app).
Would love to know why this is happening and what the solution is.
