As thats a system designed by Plesk you need to speak to them about it - its nothing to do with Dropbox, sorry
I am currently using the Plesk Dropbox Backup extension for auto syncing our backups nightly. On Plesk, on average the backups are about 5GB in total (I am assuming with compression). When trying to open the Zip file through Dropbox, it says the file/path is invalid. It also gives me a notice that ".zip files are supported something went wrong." I also tried to manually download onto my device from Dropbox and still unable to open.
Try downloading in smaller batches of files, or, ask Plesk for support as they are packing the files up.
Note, if you are on a Mac the inbuilt unzipper is really poor. Try downloading and using something like 7Zip
