I am trying to receive a fax and the sender is saying that it is failing. Can anyone get me some insight on what to do?

Just to confirm, are you following the steps outlined here?

If so, could you send us a screenshot of the exact error the sender is getting perhaps?

Hey Walter thank you. The person who is sending the fax is the one saying there is an issue but it is the IRS. The document i need is not coming through. I can ask them tomorrow to send the error they are getting/

Have you tried testing it with another sender? Is it just the IRS or is it all senders?
