This isn’t an offer per se, but rather a separate plan (like Dropbox Plus, etc) which is available to some users in specific countries.
Like the rest of our subscriptions, you can have this plan for as long as you wish, by renewing it on a monthly basis (based on your screenshot, the plan should automatically renew on the 1st day of each month).
