I'm logging in using a different email because the one originally connected to Dropbox is "suspended" or "marked inactive".
So I'm a freelancer, working with multiple clients. We share files via Dropbox.
Now, I ended my contract with this client in January, and somehow she ended up suspending my entire account rather than just removing me. I don't understand how it happened because it's just a shared folder, and now I lost my complete access even though I own the account and have premium subscription.
I have told her what to do to restore my account, but she's still not replying, probably because she was busy with her personal errands.
Is there anyway you can help?
