We create a Purchase Agreement document with 2 signatures. First, our manager signs then the customer. After manager signs he gets a 'Document has been signed' email that has a 'View Document' button. When clicked he receives the ERROR (404) page.
His email client is almost certainly doing something odd to the link.
Does it work for everybody else? Get him to try copying and pasting the link instead and see if that works, or, go to https://sign.dropbox.com/

Hey Mark...thanks for the quick reply. We resolved the issue by creating personal Dropbox Sign account for the Manager since docs are sent from his email. We have more USERS than our account allows (5) so going to https://sign.dropbox.com/ does work for those 5, but the individual account works for those not invited.
Had to clear cache before copy/paste link worked.
