I can't delete this SwapTBD backup. It is defunct. but since I can't delete it, I have maxed my storage. Any ideas?

Could you take a look at your backups page and let me know if you see the backed up files or folders there? What happens when you try to delete it?
One more thing: what do you see when visiting your account's plan page online?
