Dropbox full but no files are shown

Question or Issue
I am using the free version of dropbox and I am all out of storage. As I go to the all files tab to delete some of my files. Nothing is there so I can’t delete anything. Not too keen on upgrading because dropbox refuses to show me what I’ve stored. Would you guys be able to help me?
