I have been a customer for more than a decade. In that time, competitors have come online, offering more storage, more services (password management, encrypeted email, vpn + storage) and Dropbox has offered less or cut existing offerings (Passwords is the latest example), while increasing subscription price.
Dropbox seems to be ceeding to more agile competitors. A shame.
