Question or Issue
As stated in the email received with the subject above: "Your current account bandwidth limit is 20.00 GB and your current usage is 20.04 GB."
That does not seem like a huge overconsumption and is probably due to a mistake on my side.
However, when trying to remove the suspension with the link provided, I am then asked to contact support which I can't do without upgrading my plan... has anyone had this issue?
I am on the basic plan, it seems to correspond perfectly to my needs, this is the only time over bandwidth limit and it is 0,04 GB, why can't I remove the temporary suspension?
