"File is stored in an incompatible server location" error when opening Office files on Android

Question or Issue
A few days ago I couldn't open any excel or word file from Dropbox, like I did before. Dropbox shows this message: "example.xlsx is stored in an incompatible server location". How can I fix this problem? Why is happening this?

Are you on a Dropbox for Business or Teams account at all?

How do I post a screenshot?

I have a Dropbox Plus account.

Hey @Luis Sosa , thanks for bringing this to our attention.

You should be able to attach a screenshot to your next reply, by clicking on the camera icon at the bottom of the reply box.

Otherwise, you can just copy it and paste it into the reply box, that should work too.
