Dropbox Plan (Professional)Question or Issue My storage is now up to 4TB, but despite seeing online help that I can increase, this option is not available to me. How do I increase to 5 or 6 tb?

Hi @Wilco! Thanks for posting on our forum.
As mentioned in this Help Center article, if you’re on a personal Professional plan, it’s possible to purchase the 1TB add-on only once for your Dropbox account.
So, if you have already done so, I’m afraid you can't buy more space, as long as you’re on a personal subscription.
What you’d need to do after that is upgrade to a Dropbox team instead (with a minimum of 3 licenses), so that you can add more quota to your Dropbox account.
