Do you have or can you provide instructions on how to create the folder and link for clients to upload files from my email signature? I am assuming it is a general corporate folder.

In any case, can you clarify if you followed these steps? It gives you the exact process in order to create a folder for the files you're requesting, in order to then create the file request.
Once you do that, you can add the link to your email signature, and go from there.
