in Replay, Is there a way to have my account BY DEFAUL allow users to download videos I post, rather than needing to go into each video and enable downloads?

It's crazy that this isn't a standard feature. Files should be downloadable by default. Or at least have the option. It's been years and this still hasn't been addressed.

To be fair to Dropbox nobody has commented on this post in years and it is in the wrong area for Ideas to be looked at - this is the bug section.
As Walter said try posting it over Ideas | The Dropbox Community and see if anybody else picks it up - tell people you know to upvote it.
