I’m currently experiencing an issue with Dropbox Sign that’s preventing me from uploading any documents intended for customer signatures. (PDF or any others)
Whenever I attempt to upload a file, the platform gets stuck on the “Uploading” screen with no progress. I’ve tested this across different file types and formats, and the issue remains the same.
To troubleshoot, I’ve already:
- Tried uploading multiple different files
- Switched to a completely different browser
- Cleared all cookies and cache
Despite these steps, nothing is uploading.
I need this resolved as soon as possible, as it’s causing significant delays in sending documents to our customers.
Please advise urgently on the next steps.
