I am trying to get access to my Hellosign account that I have been using on my phone.
I have tried adding the domains and IP addresses to my Google Workspace to whitelist them and I have added the contact to my contact list but nothing comes through when I request a link.
Is there a way to get further support on this? The current email support is incredibly slow, i have had 1 response in three days so far.
I think the problem may be that the email address is set up on a forwarder and we don't have control over the initial mail server so the mail could be being blocked there.
Can I verify my identity another way to get back in?
