Issues with placing, resizing, and editing Signature Field on PDF files

I am having significant issues and generally glitchy behavior when trying to place and resize signature fields with in Dropbox Sign. I have had no issue until the last couple weeks. There is no differences in the types of PDF's I am using, I have had this workflow for years without issue until now. How can I fix this?

Yes, that would appear to be the case. However, that issue is marked solved without a clear fix.
