I've just upgraded my account to Professional and it still seems that i can only rewind for 30 days instead of the promised 180 days...
Any solution..?

There is no solution. Rewind is not retroactive. So Rewind starts from now - you get 180 days on files deleted as from today. Any deleted prior to today are still subject to the 30 day window, and, any outside of the 30 days are not recoverable.
