Is my content physically accessable by dropbox and how can i be assure that my data is safe and caanot be leaked or shared ?
Thanks for your post, @alee007.
Rest assured that Dropbox employees can’t access your files or see their contents.
As for your security concern, you can see more details here and here on how Dropbox keeps your files secure.
Let me know if I can be of more help, though.
Does dropbox team physically look into content in the account? What is the surety that my content is secure ?

You can find that information in the Privacy Policy and Terms.

That is technically not correct. Dropbox can access your files if they need to (for example for legal reasons) as per this help article.

If removed by Dropbox data would be removed if there was no legal reasons to keep it (for example law enforcement action).
Have a look at this article.
They have access to users data, as does most cloud providers if we are honest where required to by law (i.e. if a court orders it).

Again, that is the same as most services unfortunately - you just need to trust them (OneDrive, iCloud, GDrive etc.). Or same as using a USB pen / external drive - how do I know a bad actor hasnt put something on the device, or, the software on the device hasnt been breached etc. Or, that the Windows/Mac install hasnt been hacked and people have got in etc.
