Didn't get authentication code in Yahoo email.

I want to open a Dropbox account that I created in 2017. but it can't be opened because I didn't get the authentication code on my Yahoo email. can anyone help me?.

Just to clarify, do you mean that you tried to login to your account with your email and password, but did not receive the 6-digit security code?

Have you checked your email's spam folder, in case it ended up there?

Also, if you have any other connected devices, you should have gotten a notification with the code on those devices as well.

Let me know what you find.

I logged in using email with yahoomail. I've checked all the places where messages are received and I don't get it.

I've the same problem with change email confirmation. I've tried two different updated browser (Chrome and Edge) whitout success. Thanks for any responses.

I also have the same problem. I know the password of my dropbox but it still asked the code. i already add no-reply@dropbox.com as contact, but still no code in my email. Is there any other way to retrieve my account?
