'error': 'The server has either erred or is incapable of performing the requested operation'

After the dropbox update on 4/5, many API responses are returned with

{'error': 'The server has either erred or is incapable of performing the requested operation.'}

nothing has changed in my program
Is there a solution written somewhere?
If anyone knows, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.
