I really need some help with drop box!
The client I work for has created a dropbox account with a large 2TB TerraBite (not 2GB) limit. This is to back up and store all the work I do for them so they are in charge of all the files and working files they have paid me for, it also takes the responsibility and cost away from me which is really vital, otherwise all the responsibility and cost of storing data is down to me.
I have a drop box account with a 2GB limit. When they shared their drop box share folder with me and I upload to their share folder drop box uses my 2GB limit and says I am out of data, even though I am using their folder that they should have the 2TB amount of space on.
I cannot back up the files to their 2TB worth of space and drop box is asking me to pay for more storage space.
I really don't know what to do and would really appreciate help on this.
