The replay app for Mac OS is not usable for me. I'm on 1.0. Is there a new version I can try?

I mean the Replay App for Mac OS and the integration with FCP. It's just the loading animation all the time and nothing works.

Also, what is the exact OS you're using on your Mac?

The FCP integration won't even load right now.
Everything is up to date. The replay app is constant beachballs. Is the replay app really still in v1.0?
Hey @MikeHenderson - sorry to jump in here, but could you try re-downloading the app and installing it anew (without uninstalling it first) and let us know how it goes?
Sure, but I've been looking for where to download the app this whole time, and I can't find it. I can find the core Dropbox app, but not the REPLAY app.

The Replay feature is an add-on for your browser. Dropbox Replay runs through the internet browser on your Mac computer.
You can use Chrome, Firefox, or Safari, but we recommend using Chrome for the best experience. Is it possible that you were talking about that, or maybe you're referring to the Dropbox app directly?
I have a replay desktop app and a Final Cut Pro Plugin.

Can you also elaborate on what workflows you're trying to complete? To clarify, Replay doesn't have a native desktop app. The app you downloaded is purely for the Final Cut Pro integration - more details on what's available with this integration can be found here: https://help.dropbox.com/integrations/dropbox-replay-apple-final-cut-proIf you are trying to accomplish workflows in Replay then you should use our web app (replay.dropbox.com). We push out updates weekly so definitely way past version 1.0 😄 The reason that "desktop app" only has version 1.0 is because it's just the glue between our web app and the Final Cut Pro extension.If you're trying to complete flows in Final Cut Pro with the Replay plug-in and it's not working even after a reinstall, please let us know and we can dig into what's wrong!
