Hellosign inserts random text in a signed document

Hello,

So I send out a document for signing and the only thing the client can do is sign it.

Back it comes signed AND their name has been altered in a field they cannot alter.

This is not acceptable on a legal document as now it's AFU.

Anyone else having this issue?

Just to check, when you're accessing your signed documents, are you using the Signatures page, or the Dropbox Sign page?

As a test I converted the pdf to a pure graphic B&W pdf and it was signed okay. Kind of a pain but better than having it mangled.
