We're using Embedder whhich has been working fine forever. Today we're getting erors which appear to be a result of a 500 script error from the dropin.js URI:
https://www.dropbox.com/static/api/2/dropins.js
Is it just us?
The API is not working. The url " https://www.dropbox.com/static/api/2/dropins.js" is broken.
Hello, does anybody know why all of a sudden https://www.dropbox.com/static/api/2/dropins.js has stopped working. it shows error 500.
I'm seeing 500 errors when trying to load https://www.dropbox.com/static/api/2/dropins.js
Nothing is posted on the dropbox status page and the dropbox website won't even let me inform support of the issue. Since when do you have to pay a company just to tell them that their servers are having issues??
500 error when load api library url: https://www.dropbox.com/static/api/2/dropins.js
We just started getting reports of this as well.
Facing the same issue. Can it be used in production apps if it drops unexpectedly?
Same here .. it started a few mins ago. This is seriously breaking our app - https://www.dropbox.com/static/api/2/dropins.js
We're looking into this issue and I'll follow up here once I have news. Thanks!
Any updates?

The team is currently working on resolving the disruption.
You guys need to update your status page for the API.
Thanks for the note! I'll pass this along to the team.
Completely true! The first thing we did was to check if API was operational and then wasted 30 minutes in vain debugging the code before looking back at community forums to realize it was Dropbox's fault after all. I would assume API status refreshes automatically
@AngelaM1 There's currently a Dropbox server disruption causing this to fail to load. The team is working on resolving this.
Looks like it's back! Thanks folks!
Looks like it is back and fixed.
Service is being restored so you should start seeing some success, but some issues may still linger while we get back to normal availability.
This dropins.js disruption should be fully resolved now. Please let us know if you're still seeing any issues with that. Thanks!
Confirmed now working as expected. Thank you.
