Hi. I am having major problems not logging into my two existing accounts. In both of them I get a notice after successfully logging in with username and password that they want to mail me my 2FA code. But nothing ever arrives by mail and I also checked my spam folder. If I contact the support and open a ticket, then I get a mail at some point that there is an answer. If I click on the link in this mail to find out what the answer to my problem is, then it is assumed that I have successfully logged in. That's the cat biting its own tail. I really don't know what to do. I am not logged in with any other device. The answers from support do not reach me. This is frustrating.
