Im trying to update my credit card, but I get the following erro message when trying to do so:

You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency."

It looks I can,, but am I going to have the same plan i had before? or this will down grade my plan?
From the screenshot you sent, in the background it looks like the last payment was in December, meaning that the monthly subscription has already expired.
You should already be downgraded on a Basic account, otherwise the link I sent you wouldn't work. After the upgrade, you should be back on a Dropbox Plus plan.
Yes dear,,, but I am an old customer as you see,, I don;'t want to lose my plan since I was paying that for years.

There isn't a difference in the plan itself. Since it has already expired by over a month, it wouldn't be possible to reactivate the old plan, so upgrading to the current Plus plan is the only way forward.
I keep getting the message: "You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency" when I try to update my billing information.
What do I do know? This dropbox is for the church I work for and I have a new business credit card that I am to use. But dropbox keeps giving me this message.

I tried updating my billing from a different browser but that did not help. I am still getting that message. "You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency."

Hi @jlsdunn, is your account on a Dropbox Basic plan currently? If so, then there is no billing info to update, so you'd need to purchase the plan you want from this page.

No, there HAVE been small charges to this basic account. Please see the screen shot below. I want to change the billing information for these recurring mall charges. But I keep getting that message: "You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency."
Hey @jlsdunn, like my colleague Jay suggested, when an account is a free Basic one, you can't really update your billing info on it.
The charges seen in your screenshot appear to be from 2021, but if the account was downgraded, there wouldn't be any billing info on file for the account any more.
Have you tried purchasing the plan from this page? And if so, are you getting the same error message there?
I having same problem, I downgraded my account to free 'Dropbox Basic' in order make currency/country change possible but getting
"You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency.". I tried it in few different browsers in some Im getting that error message in some not but nothing happening anyway. Also tried Paypal but got 'There was a problem completing this request.'

Have you tried purchasing the plan you'd like from this page directly?
If so, are you getting the same error message there?
Oh, seem I found working solution - you need try subscribe to new plan then different card form appears which allows to use different currency/country so as result info on the Billing page will be updated automatically.
thanks, yes seems it exactly that worked for me. I think issue what Billing page doesn't work and for most peoples updating billing details first before going to plan update most obvious path.
