Meaning of 'Daily' for 'Daily bandwidth limit'. When does it reset?

I am using a Plus plan and it is allowed for downloads upto 1TB bandwidth per day. Is there a specific timezone for a 'day'? When does 24hour start?

It doesn't reset at a specific point in the day if that's what you're thinking. It's a sliding scale; 1TB of bandwidth in the previous 24-hour period.
