Have you checked your email's spam/junk folder as well?
If you did and still can't find the email with the code, you can try another browser as well.
Once you log into the account in question, you can change your email address from the account's settings.

Hi, I had the same problem. I didnt get the verification code on my email address. I've already check the spam folder.The access is for a different account that the one I used to write this.Please, contact me ASAP.

Did you also add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts, before resending the one-time code?
Also, if you have any linked devices to the Dropbox account in question, please double check if the one-time code has been sent as a notification there.
