Hi, I want to send a document for signing but can not do so because when I click on Signature and pick Send for Signature, I get a blank screen (white).
What am I missing?

Would you mind sending us a screenshot of what you see on your end when trying to do this, so we can have a visual as well?
If you try to do this through a different browser or a private browsing window, are you getting the same behavior?
Let me know and we'll go from there.
@Steve05, did you try Hannah's suggestion above to switch browsers and see if that helps?
If the issue persists after that, feel free to upload a screenshot of what you see, and we'll have a look for you.

Do you notice this behavior only when you're using your Edge browser? Does it happen on any other browsers?

Hey there @Jeff72, sorry to jump in here, but have you cleared your browser's cache to see if that makes any difference?
If you did and this persists, please send us a screenshot of the last page you can get to so that we can have a visual too.
Cleaned cache. Also attempted with 2 different profiles: Work and personal. Another attempt with In-Private. All results the same.

I am having the exact same problem. Have cleared the cache, tried the Incognito window, and switched to Mozilla Firefox- all unsuccessful. I'll choose a document and click on Send for Signature and it goes into an all-white screen. Please advise. Thanks!
