Your FAQ document cites "File-level activity includes adding, editing, moving, and deleting files" but not copying. This reporting within the Dropbox admin console only allows me to see activities that are done WITHIN Dropbox. So, if someone moves a file from folder A -> B in Dropbox, i can see it. However, if someone moves a file or a folder from Dropbox -> their C: drive on a local computer, I am not seeing this.
I am a the Team / Global Admin for Dropbox Business Advanced. Can you let me know if your reporting covers this because I have tried repeatedly to "see" this activity and it is nowhere to be found on the platform. Given how important it is from a file level monitoring perspective (i.e. it would be easy for someone to copy paste critical IP to their C drive and then find a way to lift it off of the computer via some FTP or even basic email), I would hope this is feasible. I am aware of all the features that Dropbox has for locking down an important file to the Dropbox itself such as "don't allow for it to be moved off of Dropbox" etc, but sometimes a file needs to be copied locally for practical reasons (e.g. too large, slow, etc.). So, I'm really looking to understand if the feature i'm requesting is currently available or if you plan to make it available. And yes, we already lockdown access to Dropbox to specific devices that are approved and all other security features, so really just looking to see if the feature i'm requesting is available as it's the only security hole I'm incapable of gaining visibility on.
